They take the time to explain what's going on with the vehicle and make sure you are comfortable with their repair plans before they start work. Before finding Barnes I used a different shop that never had any type of personal touch. Barnes makes sure to keep that so you feel confident bringing your vehicle back to them. I'll definitely be recommending them to others looking for a similar experience.

01/04/2024Service advisors I spoke with were very enthusiastic and helpful. They asked questions and were very detailed with their intake report. The diagnostic and repair report was sent via link for me to review. I was quoted a competitive price with warranty for repairs. Anytime I called they were positive and friendly. I appreciate their attitude towards customers. Thanks.

03/20/2024The folks working at Barnes Auto are professional, very nice and very thorough. They test your car and provide you with an estimate of costs for the repair. Not only that, they take time to explain everything. They also advise you on potential future repairs. I found their prices to be reasonable. This time we were there to get my son's car fixed and I wouldn't hesitate to take my car to them. In fact I plan to start having them do my oil changes and have already recommended them to my husband. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I have been going to them for many years and they always take the time to explain all repairs and help me prioritize the care my vehicle needs, what I just need to keep an eye on or plan for in the next year or what I need to fix right now before my vehicle will drive again. Everyone who works there has always been professional and so nice. Corey, Troy, Chuck and all the rest of the staff are delightful and knowledgeable. 02/27/2024Towed a Hyundai Sonata to Barnes as it would not start. Called ahead and booked an appointment. Took the car in as soon as I arrived. Diagnosed the problem by afternoon and let me know. Reasonable charges for the work. I would recommend them for any car services !!!!!

12/29/2023It has always been difficult to find a trustworthy repair shop who does good work, until Barnes started taking care of my vehicles. Chuck, Cooper, Troy and Ruby are the absolute best at customer service and all the mechanics who have worked on my vehicles have done a great job. I recommend them to everyone I can.

They did a thorough inspection of my car the first time I went there for an oil change, and when they saw my brakes needed replaced, they were informative but not pushy or greedy. I decided to go back to them for that and they were able to work with my time constraints to schedule me in and get the job done quickly. Thank you Barnes!

01/12/2023I needed a new repair shop and asked for recommendations from friends and family and Barnes was mentioned several times. Very professional, friendly, reasonable prices for excellent service. I wish I had found this place years ago and will recommend them highly from now on. I have had 2 services now, and love the photos and reports they send when the car is being repaired. 10 star service!!
